COMPANY EXPERIENCE

David W. Hall, CCIM is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Fursse &, Hall Realty, Inc. and is focused on the sale and leasing of office properties throughout the Seattle Metro market with a focus on the Belltown and close-in sub-markets. David began his career in 1994 as a sales associate with Iwado Realty in Maui, Hawaii and quickly became project director for several large real estate projects. In 1999 David moved to Seattle to begin his own company, Fursse & Hall Realty, Inc. His talents for business management and marketing skills as well as expertise in all aspects of real estate helps to guide the growth of Fursse & Hall Realty, Inc.

David is a trusted advisor to investors, developers, owners and tenants of commercial and investment properties.

PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS

David is a Notary Public and received his Associate Brokers license and his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2003 to better serve his clients and investors. David is intimately knowledgeable with the Seattle Commercial Real Estate Market and brings with him a solid base of knowledge and real world experience. In addition to his real estate activities David holds his Private Pilots license and is in the process of obtaining his helicopter license.
