I agree to the Terms as stated below.

 

 

TERMS: Destination Firm shall pay to Referring Firm a Referral Fee of 25% of the commission paid to Destination Firm if, within eighteen (18) months of the date of this Agreement, Destination Firm is paid a commission as a result of the services it provides to Commercial Client. This agreement shall not be considered accepted by Destination Firm until Referring Firm receives a confirmation email from Destination Firm. Destination Firm agrees not to contact Commercial Client until such confirmation email has been sent. In the event a commission is not received by Destination Firm within the timeframe noted above for services rendered to Commercial Client for any reason, then all parties shall have no further obligation to each other.
